ABOUT Yamuna Expressway

The Yamuna Expressway is one of India’s most modern and strategically important highways, stretching approximately 165 kilometers and connecting Greater Noida with Agra in Uttar Pradesh. This 6-lane, access-controlled expressway (expandable to 8 lanes) has significantly reduced travel time between the two cities to around 2–3 hours, making road travel faster, safer, and more efficient.

Developed and maintained by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), the expressway plays a crucial role in driving regional growth, urban expansion, and economic development along the Yamuna River corridor.
